"He brooded over the waters. From the brooded-upon waters, a form was born. That form that was born is indeed food."

What This Means:

Through meditation on the primordial waters, food/form emerged. All material sustenance comes from the interplay of consciousness (brooding/tapas) and primordial substance (waters).

Going Deeper:

Mūrti (form) and anna (food) are identified. All forms are potentially food — this isn't cannibalism but a recognition that existence is a cycle of consumption and transformation. Everything feeds something else.

How To Apply This:

You are food for something else, even as you consume food. This isn't morbid — it's the cosmic economy of transformation. Accept your place in this cycle with grace.
