"He created these worlds: the waters above heaven, heaven itself, the mid-region of light rays, the earth below, and the waters beneath the earth."

What This Means:

The Self created multiple planes of existence — celestial waters, heaven (the realm of light), the atmosphere, earth, and subterranean waters. This describes a layered cosmos emanating from consciousness.

Going Deeper:

The cosmos is structured in layers, each serving a purpose in the divine economy. This cosmology isn't meant as literal geography but as a map of levels of reality, from the subtle (ambhas) to the gross (earth and lower waters).

How To Apply This:

You exist on multiple levels too — physical, energetic, mental, intellectual, spiritual. Honor each layer of your being. Don't reduce yourself to just body or just mind.
