Gita 9.32
मां हि पार्थ व्यपाश्रित्य येऽपि स्युः पापयोनयः।
स्त्रियो वैश्यास्तथा शूद्रास्तेऽपि यान्ति परां गतिम्।।
māṁ hi pārtha vyapāśritya ye 'pi syuḥ pāpa-yonayaḥ striyo vaiśyās tathā śūdrās te 'pi yānti parāṁ gatim
"For by taking refuge in Me, O Arjuna, even those born in unfavorable circumstances—women, merchants, workers—they too attain the supreme destination."
What This Means:
Krishna makes spiritual access universal: even those society considered 'lower'—women, vaishyas, shudras, those of 'sinful birth'—ALL attain the supreme by taking refuge in Him. No barriers.
Going Deeper:
This was revolutionary for its time and remains so. The path to the highest isn't limited by birth, gender, or social status. Krishna dismantles spiritual elitism. Access is through devotion, not credentials.
How To Apply This:
Whatever circumstances you were born into, whatever disadvantages you face—they don't limit your spiritual potential. Take refuge, and the highest is accessible to you.
