Gita 9.10
मयाध्यक्षेण प्रकृतिः सूयते सचराचरम्।
हेतुनानेन कौन्तेय जगद्विपरिवर्तते।।
mayādhyakṣeṇa prakṛtiḥ sūyate sa-carācaram hetunānena kaunteya jagad viparivartate
"Under My supervision, material nature produces all moving and non-moving beings. By this process, O son of Kunti, the world revolves."
What This Means:
Prakriti does the actual creating, but under Krishna's supervision (adhyakshena). He's the overseer; she's the doer. Because of this arrangement, the world keeps turning—cycling through its changes.
Going Deeper:
Krishna doesn't micromanage—He supervises. Prakriti has her own intelligence and processes. This is the divine management style: establish the system, oversee it, let it function.
How To Apply This:
Good leadership supervises without micromanaging. Good living participates in nature's processes without trying to control everything. Trust the system while maintaining awareness.
