Gita 8.21
अव्यक्तोऽक्षर इत्युक्तस्तमाहुः परमां गतिम्। यं प्राप्य न निवर्तन्ते तद्धाम परमं मम।।

avyakto 'kṣara ity uktas tam āhuḥ paramāṁ gatim yaṁ prāpya na nivartante tad dhāma paramaṁ mama

"That unmanifest is called the Imperishable (Akshara)—they call it the supreme destination. Those who attain it never return. That is My supreme abode."

What This Means:

This transcendent unmanifest is called Akshara (imperishable)—the supreme goal. Reaching it means never returning to the cycle. This is Krishna's supreme abode (parama dhama).

Going Deeper:

Krishna identifies the transcendent reality as HIS abode. The impersonal absolute and the personal Lord are not ultimately different. The Akshara IS Krishna's dhama—devotion and wisdom arrive at the same place.

How To Apply This:

The philosophical absolute and the personal divine are not separate destinations. Whether you're drawn to formless truth or loving relationship, the final destination is one. Trust your path.
