"Thus constantly engaging the self, the yogi who is free from impurity easily attains the infinite bliss of contact with Brahman."
What This Means:
By consistently practicing, the purified yogi easily touches Brahman and experiences infinite happiness. Once impurities are cleared, the contact becomes effortless and the joy boundless.
Going Deeper:
Brahma-samsparsha (touch/contact with Brahman) suggests direct experiential union. Sukhena (easily) indicates that for the purified yogi, this isn't a struggle. Atyanta sukha (infinite happiness) is the result of this divine contact.
How To Apply This:
Purification makes everything easier. Instead of forcing meditation, work on clearing the obstacles—moral impurities, mental agitation, confused understanding. As these clear, practice becomes effortless and joy becomes natural.
