Gita 10.32
सर्गाणामादिरन्तश्च मध्यं चैवाहमर्जुन। अध्यात्मविद्या विद्यानां वादः प्रवदतामहम्।।

sargāṇām ādir antaś ca madhyaṁ caivāham arjuna adhyātma-vidyā vidyānāṁ vādaḥ pravadatām aham

"Of creations I am the beginning, middle, and end, O Arjuna. Among sciences I am the science of the Self; among debaters I am reasoned discourse."

What This Means:

Krishna is the start, middle, and end of all creation—the complete arc of everything. Among all knowledge systems—Self-knowledge (adhyatma-vidya). Among ways of speaking—logical discourse (vada).

Going Deeper:

Adhyatma-vidya (science of Self) is king of all sciences because it addresses the fundamental question: who am I? All other knowledge is secondary to this. And reasoned discourse represents truth-seeking dialogue.

How To Apply This:

Among all things you could learn, Self-knowledge is supreme. And among all ways of communicating, reasoned dialogue seeking truth is the divine form. Seek Self-knowledge through thoughtful inquiry.
