आदिः स संयोगनिमित्तहेतुः परस्त्रिकालादकलोऽपि दृष्टः। तं विश्वरूपं भवभूतमीड्यं देवं स्वचित्तस्थमुपास्य पूर्वम्॥

ādiḥ sa saṃyoganimittahetuḥ parastrikālādakalo\'pi dṛṣṭaḥ | taṃ viśvarūpaṃ bhavabhūtamīḍyaṃ devaṃ svacittasthamupāsya pūrvam ||

"He is the beginning, the instrumental cause of union, beyond the three times (past, present, future), partless though seen. Having worshipped first that adorable God of universal form, the source of becoming, dwelling in one's own mind..."

What This Means:

God is the original cause, beyond time, partless yet perceived. Worship this God of all forms who dwells in your own mind.

Going Deeper:

God transcends time (trikala) and is without parts (akala), yet is visible. He is both the cosmic form and the indwelling presence in consciousness.

How To Apply This:

Worship the God who is beyond time yet present in your mind. Begin spiritual practice with this recognition.
