tvaṃ strī tvaṃ pumān asi tvaṃ kumāra uta vā kumārī | tvaṃ jīrṇo daṇḍena vañcasi tvaṃ jāto bhavasi viśvatomukhaḥ ||
"You are the woman, you are the man; you are the youth and also the maiden. As the old man you totter along leaning on a staff; once born, you come to be with your face turned in every direction."
What This Means:
This verse speaks directly to God and declares that the divine is present in everyone and everything. Whether woman or man, young or old, the one divine reality is what lives and appears as them all. Nobody is left outside of God's presence.

In Vedanta this is a vivid statement of non-duality: the single Brahman is not separate from creation but appears as every form and every stage of life, facing in all directions because it is the one Self present everywhere at once.
How To Apply This:
When you meet anyone, of any gender or age, practice seeing the same divine reality present in them as in you, which dissolves the habit of treating others as fundamentally separate.
