अग्निर्यत्राभिमथ्यते वायुर्यत्राधिरुध्यते। सोमो यत्रातिरिच्यते तत्र सञ्जायते मनः॥

agniryatrābhimathyate vāyuryatrādhirudhyate | somo yatrātiricyate tatra sañjāyate manaḥ ||

"Where fire is churned forth, where wind is controlled, where soma overflows - there the mind is born."

What This Means:

When the inner fire is kindled, breath is controlled, and bliss (soma) overflows, the mind is transformed - truly born.

Going Deeper:

This describes yogic transformation: agni (inner fire), vayu (breath control/pranayama), and soma (nectar of meditation). These practices give rise to the awakened mind.

How To Apply This:

Through fire worship, breath control, and meditation, the mind is reborn into higher consciousness.
