युञ्जते मन उत युञ्जते धियो विप्रा विप्रस्य बृहतो विपश्चितः। वि होत्रा दधे वयुनाविदेक इन्महीदेवस्य सवितुः परिष्टुतिः॥

yuñjate mana uta yuñjate dhiyo viprā viprasya bṛhato vipaścitaḥ | vi hotrā dadhe vayunāvideka inmahī devasya savituḥ pariṣṭutiḥ ||

"The wise ones yoke their minds and their thoughts to the wise one, the great, the all-knowing. The one who knows the rites has alone ordained the oblations. Great is the praise of the god Savitri."

What This Means:

The wise yoke their minds to the great, all-knowing One. He who knows has ordained the rites. Great praise to Savitri!

Going Deeper:

This is praise of Savitri as the supreme object of meditation. Yoking (yoga) the mind and intellect to this great One is the path.

How To Apply This:

Direct your mind and intellect to the All-knowing. This is the essence of meditation.
