""Knowing the origin, arrival, abode, fivefold distribution, and the inner nature of Prana - one attains immortality, one attains immortality.""

What This Means:

Complete knowledge of Prana includes: where it comes from, how it arrives in the body, where it dwells, its five forms, and its spiritual nature. This knowledge grants immortality.

Going Deeper:

The repetition emphasizes: comprehensive knowledge of Prana equals liberation. The whole Prashna has been building to this.

How To Apply This:

Study Prana thoroughly - its origin, forms, and spiritual significance. This complete knowledge liberates.
