Kaushitaki Upanishad 4.8

एवमेवास्मादात्मनः सर्वे प्राणाः यथायतनं विप्रतिष्ठन्ते। प्राणेभ्यो देवाः देवेभ्यो लोकाः।
evamevāsmādātmanaḥ sarve prāṇāḥ yathāyatanaṃ vipratiṣṭhante | prāṇebhyo devāḥ devebhyo lokāḥ |
"Thus from this Self, all vital forces proceed to their respective places. From vital forces come the gods, from gods the worlds."
What This Means:
From the Self emerge all life forces, from them emerge the cosmic powers (devas), and from them emerge the worlds.
Going Deeper:
This cosmological teaching shows the Self as the ultimate source of all creation, from the most subtle to the grossest.
