एष लोकपालः एष लोकाधिपतिः एष सर्वेश्वरः। स म आत्मेति विद्यात्।
eṣa lokapālaḥ eṣa lokādhipatiḥ eṣa sarveśvaraḥ | sa ma ātmeti vidyāt |
"He is the world's guardian, the world's lord, the lord of all. Know that He is my Self."
What This Means:
The supreme lord and protector of all worlds is one's own Self - this is what must be known.
Going Deeper:
The cosmic lord (Ishvara) is not separate from one's Atman - this is the non-dual teaching.

The supreme power of the universe is not separate from your own true Self.
