""May we master the Nachiketa fire, which is the bridge for sacrificers, the imperishable Brahman, the fearless shore for those who seek to cross over.""

What This Means:

The Nachiketa fire serves as a bridge to cross the ocean of worldly existence and reach the fearless shore of Brahman.

Going Deeper:

This verse honors the ritual teaching while pointing beyond it to the imperishable Brahman that the ritual symbolizes.

How To Apply This:

Use spiritual practices as bridges to cross over, not as ends in themselves.
