Gita 7.18
उदाराः सर्व एवैते ज्ञानी त्वात्मैव मे मतम्। आस्थितः स हि युक्तात्मा मामेवानुत्तमां गतिम्।।

udārāḥ sarva evaite jñānī tv ātmaiva me matam āsthitaḥ sa hi yuktātmā mām evānuttamāṁ gatim

"All these are noble, but the wise one I consider as My very Self. For, with mind steadfast, they are established in Me alone as the supreme goal."

What This Means:

All four types of seekers are noble (udara). But the wise one is so close to Krishna that Krishna considers them His own Self. They don't just seek Krishna—they're established in Krishna as their only goal.

Going Deeper:

The phrase 'atmaiva me matam' (I consider as My Self) shows the ultimate intimacy. The distinction between devotee and Divine dissolves. This is non-dual realization expressed through devotion.

How To Apply This:

The path goes from seeking help, to seeking knowledge, to seeking success, to seeking the Divine itself. Where are you on this journey? All positions are noble; the direction is what matters.
